Is predrilling required?
No, predrilling is not required when installing TOPLoc Fascia for Advanced Polymer with TimberTech Advanced Polymer fascia.
Are special tools required to install TOPLoc Fascia fasteners?
Besides a drill/driver, it is recommended to secure fascia boards to the rim joist using a quality exterior rated construction adhesive prior to installing the fasteners.
How many fasteners do I need?
You will need to install three (3) screws every 305 mm at the top, middle, and bottom of your fascia board. One fastener pack covers approximately 30.5 ln. m of fascia.
